This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Brushr Team in connection with the Brushr mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

The Service is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.

Account: name (optional), username, email. Support messages and any content you choose to submit.
Information collected automatically
Device/app info, usage analytics, performance data, and crash logs.
Location (only if you allow it)
Precise or approximate location depending on device permissions; you can disable access anytime.
Cookies & similar technologies
Used for login/session, preferences, and reliability; may include web beacons/pixels in web-based components.
Photos & face-related information. We do not perform facial recognition and do not create or store biometric identifiers/templates. If server-side processing is required, it is one-time for the requested feature and data is deleted promptly after processing. Where possible, media is stored on your device by default and is not used for training or marketing.
4) How we use information
- Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, login, core features).
- Personalize your experience (preferences and settings).
- Improve and develop the Service (analytics, troubleshooting, performance).
- Protect safety and security (fraud/abuse prevention, enforcement).

If you use features that generate outputs from your uploaded images, videos, or text:
- Your inputs are processed on servers controlled by Brushr Team.
- Your inputs are not shared with any third party for this processing.
- Inputs and intermediate processing data are deleted promptly after processing, unless you choose to save results in the Service.
- You control whether to upload and whether to generate content.
7) Security
- Encryption in transit and at rest (as appropriate).
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.
- Regular security reviews/audits and backups.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Data retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active.
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal requirements).
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months.
- Customer support: up to 6 months.
9) Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object to certain processing, and withdraw consent (for example, location).

11) Governing law & dispute resolution

Disputes related to this Privacy Policy will be resolved through binding arbitration as described in our Terms of Service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
